Responsible for the aeronautical configuration management of the Aerowork fleet in accordance with CAA regulatory requirements and Aerowork expositions. Ensure the Aircraft maintenance is controlled and directed on behalf of the operator, and carried out IAW the fleet maintenance programme. Organise and implement maintenance planning programmes to maximise fleet availability, and conduct routine trend analysis to identify robust control measures to minimise failure rates.
