- Direct leadership for all management, strategic planning, and operational oversight of the Global NOC, ensuring the availability, performance, and security of critical infrastructure to meet the needs of boundary.

- Developed and tracked Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), aligning with both internal business goals and client.
- Ensured timely incident resolution, ownership of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and conducted After-Action Reviews (AAR).
- Developed and owned Change Management approval and communication processes.
