I look after the day to day running of three live landfill and recycling sites across Northamptonshire. My role includes overseeing landfill operations across each site, which includes the following:- Checking soil reports to ensure correct landfill.- Liaising with clients to arrange appropriate landfill and organise transport, uplifting sales where possible.- Looking after planning and restoration of three sites and liaising with appropriate personnel at Environmental Agencies, Ecologists, Planning Agencies and Government Departments.- Ensuring appropriate health and safety procedures are followed and risk assessments are updated accordingly. - Regular attendance at company meetings to provide and update on Senior Management.- Operating machinery including heavy plant, screens/crusher, weighbridge.- Manage 11 staff and coordinate their workloads across three sites.

I have worked on many major projects across the country, often responsible for large segments of the job. I also have received training in using GPS Trimble on Dozers.
