Successfully grew a vertically integrated vehicle service contract (VSC) and ancillary products company comprised of five administrative companies, a 50-state licensed property and casualty insurance company, and an off-shore reinsurance company.Built a diverse, high-performing leadership team, rebuilt a completely new sales team and responsible for a team of 100+ employees. Managed and cultivated relationships with an independent agent base with more than 100 agents and 2,500 dealerships nationwide. Diversified the Warranty Solutions product suite from a VSC only company in 2013 to full line of VSC, Warranty, Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) and Ancillary products in 2016. Introduced new cutting-edge products that provided agents and dealers an advantage in their marketplace. Grew gross revenue 76% from 2013 to 2018 and consistently grew EBIDTA by 6 – 8% per year over the same period.Effectively managed and shepherded Warranty Solutions through two successful acquisitions in three years (2015 & 2018) resulting in strong returns for both selling companies. Played a key role on the team that successfully merged and consolidated Warranty Solutions, Warrantech Automotive and OwnerGUARD into one operating unit in Bedford, Texas.
