Included two and a half years apprenticeship to become a photocopier engineer. The role demands customer service skills and fault-finding ability, along with an ability to complete tasks under pressure and to a high standard. Specifically, the job involves network fault-finding on Windows servers, as well as fault-finding technical issues with copiers. I also work on the helpdesk, contacting customers who have logged service calls and assisting them over the phone. When a networking issue arises I can effectively talk the customer through solutions or assist them via a remote session.I always ensure the highest level of customer service. I have demonstrated this throughout my career by frequently staying on site past working hours to fix a fault. I often take it upon myself to solve issues which have been escalated, ensuring I am available to provide support to my colleagues. KPI’s are a major factor in my job role and I always hit my targets each year.
