My work also involved general Consumer Credit advice. Corporate: I worked on partnerships, joint ventures and various M&A transactions as well as being involved with university spin out companies. September 2013 to March 2014 Commercial secondment to the University of Reading. During this time I worked within the contracts team and was responsible for negotiating commercially funded research contracts with major blue chip funders. I also worked on research council and EU funded collaborative projects which involved leading negotiations on collaborative projects involving many parties. I also was involved in drafting various IP licence templates and precedents.March 2013 to September 2013: Banking and Finance team in London. I worked on a variety of matters for major banks as well as SMEs. Working for borrowers and lenders I also gained experience in working with high value movable assets and general aviation finance.
