Specificqally working with Channel partners associated to Cisco, Juniper, HP, Avaya, NetApp, VMware, Citrix, Appsense, EMC, VCE and Microsoft.

I was the Business Development Director for our ITIL, Prince2 & VMware product lines. This role was looking at driving the business forward strategically for new product lines which I was project manager for and led until the implementation. I was targeted on launching 3 new product lines dealing with a cross section of internal clients from within the business, increasing business and growing my own strategic accounts to help the company achieve their overall target. I was responsible for helping companies with their ITIL implementation and looking at the training requirements that result from the implementation. I also helped our customers with the skills gaps they have from initiating or implementing a project management office. I also produced strategic sales plans around the vendor areas for sales to implement into their client base.

I look after our startegic relationships to try to maximise business growth and development. When I took over this role I reshuffled the structure and developed the account into a £4.5 million part of the business.

Working New Business accounts and established accounts across the UK. My performance against my target was consistently around 120% and my 2004 target was achieved by the end of August 2004.
