With 10 years of experience in real estate acquisition, I am a skilled and passionate professional who strives to deliver high-quality results for public projects and private clients. As a Right of Way Agent at HNTB, I communicate with property owners, negotiate offering prices, review appraisals, work with design engineers, and network with government officials to identify and acquire land for public use. I am also a licensed broker with Designations in Diversity, Equity Inclusion and Pricing Strategies. I am finishing up my bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate. I have a strong background in project management, business development, strategic planning, and budget management, which I leveraged in my previous roles as Owner and CEO of Westfall Real Estate Group and as an Emergency Medical Technician for the City of Lawrence Fire Department. I have a proven track record of generating savings, increasing revenue, and enhancing client satisfaction. Additionally, I am an active community leader and volunteer, serving on various committees and boards, and supporting local causes and initiatives.
