TBG was one of the first three Facebook Ads API partners, developing a media management tool, ONE, which continues to offer scaleable ad management solutions on Facebook.I was twice given the "Defy Expectations" award for my contribution to the business.- Monthly face-to-face meetings with Dell Europe at their Dublin HQ: presenting results, new ideas, further developing the relationships with the key stakeholders and ensuring TBG was the go-to team for social media marketing campaigns- Managing a team of social media analysts to deliver on ad campaigns- Project managing the design and build of apps and creative campaigns to support and enhance the marketing objectives of my clients- Driving new business from existing clients- Identifying opportunities within social media - new platforms, channels and ways of using them- Managing and reporting on, both in written and face-to-face format, clients' marketing campaigns- Working alongside the agency's strategy team to ensure all our campaigns deliver on the business objective promises set out at the beginning- Working directly with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google to ensure my team, and the agency, knew of all forthcoming changes and marketing opportunitiesKey clients managed:- Dell Europe - translating our global strategy to a European level- Capital One UK - card acquisition and some branding- Heineken - main brand and many of its sub-brands- Desperados - part of Heineken, we supported its re-launch into the UK market- Topshop - particularly their move into the US market, and how social could support and enhance this- Topman - LFW app "Topman 360".
