• Prepare the sales executives assessments for ‘Salesman of the year’ contest. • Obtain a good understanding of the market situation and demonstrate it on training course delivery to the dealer staff.• Adapt sales training contents from the company to the needs of the local market where applicable.• Design sales training courses in line with factory recommended material and qualification for the given job position and in line with market needs.• Track sales KPI's to improve the dealership's performance & profitability.• Reflect the values of the brands at all times.

• Plan, organize and deliver technical instructions to dealership’s staff to enhance their proficiency in the service, diagnostics, and repair of vehicles, and new product training.• Prepare the technicians for Honda Middle East ‘Technician of the year’ contest. • Certify the dealership’s technicians as per Honda certification process.• Monitor and maintain the certification process.• Research and extract the latest vehicle technologies to support the training and development of the delegates, differentiating between essential and supplementary knowledge.• Establish and maintain effective relationships with the delegates and dealer networks.• Conduct (as needed) Curriculum Planning Meeting with all Service Managers• Contribute to the internal quality assurance of the technical training Program.
