As a student at Piedmont University, I am pursuing a double major in Finance and Accounting, with a strong interest in the financial services industry. I am also a student athlete, playing on the varsity baseball team and balancing academic and athletic commitments.In the summer of 2023, I completed a two-month internship at Calibre CPA Group, a leading accounting firm that provides audit, tax, and advisory services to a diverse range of clients. I worked with a team of experienced auditors on various projects, such as reviewing financial statements, preparing audit reports, and conducting risk assessments. I gained valuable skills in finance, accounting, project management, and communication, and received positive feedback from my supervisors and peers. I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills to new challenges and opportunities in the finance and accounting industry.
