Current• Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.• Participating in client meetings to grasp their main goals and difficulties. Clearly and effectively presenting complex solutions to assist partners in reaching their objectives. Professionally and calmly managing any resistance, complaints, or objections from partners. Identifying and leveraging opportunities to cross-sell and upsell, helping the team surpass revenue targets.• Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal teams (sales, product, dev, design, operations) to ensure timely renewals.
