I am familiar with unit testing of Apex code, static code analysis and regularly pilot and test new features for our product team to ensure the compatibility and UI of the product is the standard our clients are accustomed to.I communicate with customer using a variety of methods and produce detailed reports of issues to escalate and review with our engineering team who I work with to find resolutions for specific org/repo related issues as well as identifying and deescalating incidents that may impact our users internally.

I started my time at Barclays as a Fraud expert, moved on to become a Digital Eagle and AI advocate, then a Rapid Responder & Manager role (internal 2nd line support). This was an IT support role that required efficient responses to troubleshoot all software and hardware queries from colleagues across virtual and physical channels as well as domestic, private, business and international banking clients.I mostly used Skype and Webex to communicate although this extended to calls, SMS and email contact with customers directly when handling large-scale incidents impacting digital banking. As a Fraud Expert, I handled a variety of requests which covered all essential banking knowledge, regulations set by HMRC and other third party organizations as well as complex internal procedures and policies. Using a variety of software to log and investigate claims further and document evidence, I would also be crucial in identifying cyber attacks and confidentially reporting and acting on evidence of money laundering, data breaches or any other criminal activity.
