Looking after Program Management, Technical Support and Post Sales Support• Provided support to 30 critical VSAT Networks (shared as well as captive) in India, Nepal and Sri Lanka, having more than 75000 VSATs on 24x7 basis • Finalized AMC Contract and collection worth of 2.0 Million US$• Established Repair Lab for Gilat VSATs with 3rd party which resulted in huge savings in repair turnaround time as well as the repair cost, enhancing the customer experience
