In memory of his Mother from 2003 to till today in his free time Mr.Ajay used to teach to his neighbouring Student Community without charging any fee for financially weaker pupils. Mr.Ajay is good at teaching in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry (upto +2 for CBSE,ICSE and State Syllabuses).Mr. Ajay rarely being a home tutor in his Subjects along with Engineering Geology, GIS and CAD for Engineering Students.

With his proven knowledge and capability Mr.Ajay was appointed as Project Scientist in DRRP Preparation. Which includes selection and prioritizing of Roads for PMGSY–II phase in Kerala, India. [Project: District Rural Roads Plan (DRRP)]Mr.Ajay analysed the core-network of roads so far collected with GPS fieldwork. Then he conducted similar field work at a couple of places in Pathanthitta, Palakkad, Idukki, Kozikode, Wayanad Districts, Kerala and observed the socio-economic, infrastructural facilities, etc., which are involved in Criteria for DRRP.With his problem solving methods and GIS Skills the project has successfully completed at Wayanad, Idukki, Kozhikode Districts of Kerala. He conducted training programs on Infrastructure management of Roads with FOSSGIS Tools at Project Implementation Units of PMGSY Scheme in Wayanad, Kozhikode, Pathanamthitta, Idukki districts of Kerala.

During his tenure at Centre on Geoinformatics Application for Rural Development (C-GARD), NIRD & PR- Hyd., Mr.Ajay involved in a co-terminus Project entitled "GIS based watershed monitoring and evaluation" Mr.Ajay involved in preparation of content and schedules for various workshops and short-term (3 to 4 days) trainings in management of natural resources as well as integration SpatialData with FOSS-GIS tools. He conducted short term trainings on Water Shed Management using Open Source GIS tools at District Offices of Ratlam, Mandsaur, Ujjain, Bhopal of Madhya Pradesh and Dharmapuri, Krishnagiri, Salem districts of Tamilnadu.In Where he exhibited his capability in Preparation of Work-Plan and Questionnaire.He conducted field work at various places across India.He performed his strong analytical skills in analysing the collected feedbacks from beneficiaries w.r.t. respective Spatial Parameters. He played a vital role in successful completion of the project with his analytical skills and Problem Solving skills with GIS & RS techniques, He involved in Report writing and presentation preparation for the same.Along with the same, during his tenure he prepared Dynamic Web-mapping of Infrastructure Mapping at SIRDs are under NIRD&PR.
