My current role involves managing the below tasks. Provide customer with quotation in case of corporate deals Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on market trends Identify new market and business opportunity Record and submit sales on daily basis Maintain all documents meticulously Delivered a higher value service. Managing the entire staff/departments and co-coordinating their work. Provide customer support by resolving their complaints and taking action. Reviewing the Sales of the Branch and comparing it with the previous month. Maintain relationships with the clients by providing information, support and services from the institute. To ensure all the customers enquiries are satisfactorily managed,  Participate and contribute to relevant management meetings. Meeting and greeting the customers and ensuring their wants and needs are satisfied. Ensuring all the process and documentation are clear as per the RTA Criteria. Ensuring the customers are satisfied with the training. Booking classes of the students. Making sure all the Instructors are Present with their Training Car. Handling the complaints of the students and assuring their problem is solved.
