Preparing commercial invoices, packing list , Dubai chamber & Dubai economy documents for the shipments.  Preparing Tax invoices and Delivery notes .  Preparing Free zone visitor Gate pass , Inbound & Outbound goods Passes.  Getting warehouse confirmation from the warehouse authorities for the delivery.  Supervise warehouse floor and computer operation .  Supervise Receiving and Dispatching materials .  Maintaining the vehicle cleaning check list for ISO audinting.  Checking & Tracking vehicleGPS.  Load planning : co-ordination and communication with transporter about their delivery.  Coordinating with production and packing departments for the delivery.  Excellent customer service skills.  Directing the functions of Receipts, Inspection, storage, issue & related documentation, bill processing,etc  Managing sales return SRN).  Key role in Logistic operations, delivery of goods in an efficient and timely manner, packaging, transportation, reconciliation of all incoming and out coming products.
