Heading strategies to elevate the global real estate and facilities, events, and travel verticals, I led 18+ direct/indirect reports and an outsourced team of 175+ in the management of daily operational activities and special initiatives with focus on promoting the organizational mission. Highlights of my contributions include:• Managing a portfolio of 10 branded offices across global cities, encompassing 460K square feet of office space, and sourcing additional temporary space to support partnerships as needed.• Orchestrating all aspects of 2K+ on/offsite events yearly involving upward of 95K participants, including high-profile signature events supporting pledge drives and other education and development initiatives.• Meeting logistical challenges in the management of highly complex corporate travel programs, leveraging a partnership with CWT to complete upward of 50K transactions annually.• Implementing a comprehensive DEI strategy for the CFO office, fostering a inclusive work environment, promoting diversity in talent acquisition, and ensuring equitable practices in business decision making to increase employee engagement and create a more representative, empowered team.

Providing multifaceted leadership across the areas of community programming, finance vendor management, and global procurement, I managed budgets valued at upward of $120M, negotiated contracts, and maintained vendor relationships.
