Current• Lead a team of IT recruiters, providing guidance and supervision to ensure effective candidate sourcing, initial screening, and due diligence.• Personally handle complex or senior-level recruitment assignments, sourcing and screening candidates for key positions to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.• Focus on providing a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring targets for clients across various departments and projects.• Successfully recruit for roles spanning from entry-level positions to senior-level executives, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies, emphasizing the sourcing of passive candidates and leveraging social media platforms such as LinkedIn, along with job portals like Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, CJ Hunter, and Indeed.• Conduct market research regularly to stay informed about industry trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and other key performance indicators.• Analyze data to provide regular reports to management for informed decision-making and to refine recruitment processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.• Assess the performance of the recruitment team regularly, providing feedback and training to improve skills and ensure alignment with organizational goals.• Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and initiative in reaching out to quality professionals as per client requirements.• Maintain excellent rapport with clients by addressing staffing concerns and requests promptly and effectively.• Oversee the entire recruitment process from candidate screening and interviews to offer negotiations and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.• Spearhead talent acquisition for sensitive projects, such as recruiting candidates with Top Secret (SCI) clearances for the Department of Defense.
