Cash claims team verify the cases and action accordingly. Identifying the failed trades, analyzing and validating the cases and calculating the claims cost and issuing the claim letter to the client. Follow up on the claims frequently until the client pays the claim cost.Escalating the high aged and disputed cases to management and to the Traders to mend the issue.
