Provided project management for $6M new equipment installation for Tronox -- a chemical manufacturing company in Hamilton Mississippi. The equipment was directly responsible for 40% of the plant titanium dioxide throughput, and required creative solutions in removal of old and installation of new equipment while minimizing downtime. Project management included close oversight of all aspects of project delivery, including equipment selection, bid package development, managing mechanical, electrical, and structural contractors, and clear communication with end customer.
