Alan is a project and program management subject matter expert who helps organizations plan, execute and achieve department and federal mission goals.As a Certified Project Management Professional with more than 20 years of IT leadership experience, Alan provides clients with a broad spectrum of business operations and management expertise, with special focus on strategy, roadmap development, team building and coaching. Alan’s technical expertise includes Cybersecurity, Identity Management, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and HSPD-12. He has an extensive background in IT development, integration, and oversight including telecommunications, artificially intelligent video surveillance, physical access control systems, and smart card technologies. His Federal Clients have included the Department of the Treasury, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, U.S. Navy, Army, Air Force, and Marines, and intelligence and research agencies. Other clients span prominent telecommunications and data center companies, as well as critical infrastructure and transportation authorities.
