• Analyze financial records to prepare spreadsheets/schedules for asset allocation and basic tracing.• Supervise and train clerks (15 clerks in a span of 9 years).• Frequent and consistent communication with clients (approximately twenty active cases at any given time) regarding status, and act as the first line of communication to answer questions or concerns they may have which does not require legal advice.• Communicate with various attorney service companies to coordinate service on parties/opposing counsel, filing, messenger services, among other legal services.• Handle billing and prepare account receivables.• Responsible for the transition to in-office credit card/check processing system to boost.• Proactively perform file maintenance for heavy caseloads.
