I graduated from the University of Missouri in May 2021. At Mizzou, I received a bachelor of science in business administration, emphasizing finance, banking, and real estate. In August 2021, I started working at Hunt Midwest as a real estate analyst. In this position, I work directly under the Senior Director of Investment Strategy. I focus on current development opportunities in Kansas City, Louisville, Denver, Charleston, Florida, and Greenville - Spartanburg while also looking into emerging markets across the country. Asset types include industrial, multifamily, senior housing, and self-storage. In this role, I provide financial analysis to support property financing, acquisition, marketing, and leasing. Some of my responsibilities include underwriting, RFPs, tracking due diligence of projects, market research, and monitoring macroeconomic analytics.I extended my education with a Masters of Entrepreneurial Real Estate at UMKC, beginning in August 2021, with a graduation date of May 2023. In September 2021, I had the honor of receiving the Hugh Zimmer 2021 SIOR Scholarship, which went to helping me achieve this degree.Before starting at Hunt Midwest, I had internship experience at Real Equity Management, Plaza Realty, and Newmark Zimmer. These internships gave me tremendous real-world experience in the brokerage and development sides of real estate. During my undergraduate tenure, I studied abroad in New Zealand and Australia through a program run through Mizzou and Otago University. In this program, I focused on international entrepreneurship and business practices. At the University of Missouri, I have served in multiple leadership positions for Tau Kappa Epsilon, including President, Treasurer, and Rush chair.
