Accounts Receivable Manager
CurrentAs an Accounts Receivable Manager, I manage billing tickets, collections, and customer service to ensure seamless financial operations. My responsibilities include handling downgrades, cancellations, refunds, license reductions, and invoice adjustments. I process sales requests and coordinate with managers for subscription adjustments and refunds.In collections, I proactively reach out to customers with past-due invoices and collaborate with Customer Success Managers for account actions. I handle reactivations, cancellations, and downgrades. Additionally, I help manage communication with a collection agency named Altus to further collect on past-due accounts after our team has exhausted all forms of outreach to the customer.I also process sales opportunities, renewals, and new business, ensuring accurate contract details. For Professional Services projects, I create detailed invoices and update account terms. I manage price increase requests and oversee chargebacks and disputes. Additionally, I work closely with the engineering team to enhance our workflow and improve both internal and external customer experiences. My role balances financial management with responsive customer service to maintain strong client relationships and accurate records.
