For Professional Services projects, I create detailed invoices and update account terms. I manage price increase requests and oversee chargebacks and disputes. Additionally, I work closely with the engineering team to enhance our workflow and improve both internal and external customer experiences. My role balances financial management with responsive customer service to maintain strong client relationships and accurate records.
