For over a decade I’ve delivered exceptional customer service, and have had an impact on hundreds! The past two years have been in a fast paced call center in the Healthcare industry. I was a Member Service Representative for a Medicare Advantage plan, where I honed my skills and gained extensive familiarity with common Healthcare practice such as HIPAA, communicating with medical terminology, and following state and federal guidelines. I’ve acquired a high level of knowledge with applications such as Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Sharepoint. Data entry, research, and internal/external outreach to acquire one or more resolutions played an integral part in what I accomplished each day. I can multi task and work efficiently as a team and independently. I am actively seeking a role that entails a new challenge and allows me to display and further develop my skillset.
