I am an experienced and passionate leader with a proven track record. Starting in a field-based Service technician role and working hard to grow my brand within the healthcare/med tech industry, I have exhibited continued professional and personal growth moving into Product Management, Commercial & Strategic Marketing, Global Portfolio Management and Field Service Leadership roles. Currently I am a Sr. Product Manager, Service, for Mammotome with a focus in furthering the development of our Global Service Strategies in Commercial and Operational Service. I have managed best in class field-based Service Engineers who perform installs, repairs, preventive maintenance and oversee the life of a medical device in the field. As a servant leader, I am flexible in my leadership support by individually engaging, challenging and ensuring my teams were able to achieve their professional and personal growth while meeting all company objectives.I’ve represented the strategic voice of global product lines and led their development, life-cycle management and overall financial and market growth until discontinuation from the portfolio. This role included leading cross-functional teams to achieve the portfolio’s global marketing goals, financials and overall strategic plans. I’ve also managed the day-to-day operational marketing support of medical device product lines, including pricing, sales communication & promotions, advertising, e-marketing, web campaigns, product training, trade show management, competitive analysis and all process & program development activities included as part of a commercial marketing role. Early in my professional career I spent 3 years in Field Service as a technician while supervising a service location. Moving to a corporate setting, I spent 1 year in a technical support role and 8 years in a technical product manager role supporting all product and serviceability processes including: product concept to launch, the day-to-day field management, any field enhancements, modifications or FDA recalls and finally the removal of the medical device at the end of its life from the field.
