CurrentInbound Transport leader of production material of the three BRP plants in Ciudad Juarez.• Creation of annual Budget for transportation from Canada, US and Mexico, Budget for FY24-25 is 40 million usd also preparation of Quarter Forecast review and monthly reviews of Forecast, Accruals visibility to our customer BRP.• Responsible on determine the best transport method for each supplier base on SAP requirements and Production demand and design of routes FTL and milk-runs for US, CA and MX suppliers.• Responsible of Premium services (Expedite material) in Mexico with the support of other Penske teams. • Administration of the Cross-border, Domestic, Inbound materials. Importations from Cd. Juarez border and Exportation from Cd. Juarez, Laredo and Nogales borders.• Track and Trace of overseas materials. Coordination of documents between suppliers and BRP ASN team.• Creation and administration of local routes for Cd. Juarez suppliers (Dedicated, milk-runs) in coordination with BRP plants and Penske warehouse for pick up and deliver windows. • Shuttles design from Penske warehouse to BRP plants in order to feed the production lines. • KPI creation for BRP• Creation of Google Drives for the principal routes, these are linked to BRP drives that give live visibility to BRP planning teams.• Logistic involvement on the construction of the new BRP plant in Cd. Juarez (2021), coordination with multiple BRP departments and Penske to provide best rates for specialized type of transport. Coordination on the cross-border of NON Stock material• Save projects $500k usd; improvement on transport rates, supplier optimization on SAP requirements, look opportunity on suppliers with LTL transportation and create milk-runs.• Leader of the Mexican portion on the transition from Transfreight to Penske, restructure of the logistic design with support of all the new assets from Penske
