Importations from Cd. Juarez border and Exportation from Cd. Juarez, Laredo and Nogales borders.• Track and Trace of overseas materials. Coordination of documents between suppliers and BRP ASN team.• Creation and administration of local routes for Cd. Juarez suppliers (Dedicated, milk-runs) in coordination with BRP plants and Penske warehouse for pick up and deliver windows. • Shuttles design from Penske warehouse to BRP plants in order to feed the production lines. • KPI creation for BRP• Creation of Google Drives for the principal routes, these are linked to BRP drives that give live visibility to BRP planning teams.• Logistic involvement on the construction of the new BRP plant in Cd. Juarez (2021), coordination with multiple BRP departments and Penske to provide best rates for specialized type of transport. Coordination on the cross-border of NON Stock material• Save projects $500k usd; improvement on transport rates, supplier optimization on SAP requirements, look opportunity on suppliers with LTL transportation and create milk-runs.• Leader of the Mexican portion on the transition from Transfreight to Penske, restructure of the logistic design with support of all the new assets from Penske

• Responsible of the control, scheduling and balance on local and National routes. • Responsible on scheduling for pick up and delivers for local and National suppliers and customers (stock material and finish good material) with our equipment and third parties carriers.• Coordination of our own equipment and different carriers in order to meet the security policies of our suppliers and customers. • Responsible of the proper documentation, validation on legal weight and dimensions on our equipment and third parties carries for transit on State and Federal highways. • Transport Leader on special projects (Ford plants in Chihuahua, Hermosillo and Cuatitlan) and new suppliers or customers.• Coordination on the preventive and corrective maintenance for our equipment. • Implementation on action plans and follow up on Disel efficiency per unit and their monthly equipment maintenance.

• Responsible for the planification, control, direction and administration of the operations of the locations of Chihuahua Capital and Cd. Juarez, maintaining an effective operation within our Budget and given the service levels of the Corporation. • Couriers efficiency, maximize operation time through excellence on route planning, deliver and pick up strategies, measures route times. • Analysis of efficiency and planning reports on essential tasks, packaging sorting, route balance. • Responsible for the pick up on time of our customers in both location including our extended zones of the State, coordinating our daily exportation load to ELP; on Importation process handle the request of Pedimentos for special customers. • Analysis and control of the service levels on both locations, implementation of action plans to improve our service failures. • Implement audits for vehicles, preventive and corrective maintenance on corporate workshops. • Administration and control of petty cash for both locations including high value packages.• Coordination with HR Department on hire process of new associates, training. • Responsible for the implementation of the operational process and policies from FedEx to Multipack corporation; include the leadership for rebranding Multipak to FedEx. • Negotiation with new suppliers in order to solve critical situations of the operation in both locations and responsible to set up on FedEx system.
