Implementation of rebranding, of operative process change for Multipack to FedEx in collaboration with other departments. I take part on new hire process with the selection (interview) and part of the formal training, also supervise, evaluate and motivate a group of employees in order to maintain an effective and efficient operation. Work with the group through excellent planning and organization in order to minimize dead times. Review of performance reports, monitoring of package sorting and implement balance of local routes, coordinate with external vendor all packages for extended zone, control and planning of exportation (by ground) considering the needs of the customer’s request of export documentation (Coves), verify and monitor importation of Chihuahua's load. Provide analysis and control of the service levels of the Station also implementation of action plans for failure reduction. Audits of the vehicles inspections reports, administration of the preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance. Responsible of the petty cash administration, high value packages and inventory off assets of Station. Administration of supplier contracts, negotiation with new suppliers as well as verify that supplier accomplish with all FedEx requirements.Ensure compliance of policies and procedures of FedEx also of the local labor laws, provide information of compensations and benefits with which employees count.
