Work with the group through excellent planning and organization in order to minimize dead times. Review of performance reports, monitoring of package sorting and implement balance of local routes, coordinate with external vendor all packages for extended zone, control and planning of exportation (by ground) considering the needs of the customer’s request of export documentation (Coves), verify and monitor importation of Chihuahua's load. Provide analysis and control of the service levels of the Station also implementation of action plans for failure reduction. Audits of the vehicles inspections reports, administration of the preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance.
