Alicia Dixon is the Chief of Operations and Program Director of W.H.O.L.E. Child Development Center (WCDC) in Columbia SC. WCDC is an early-childhood preschool that focuses on the development of young children in every aspect of their lives; Mind, body, and spirit. As COO and Program Director she has developed curriculum, curated partnerships within the community, and worked diligently to provide a safe and loving learning environment for young children.Alicia is a native of Columbia SC where she was educated through the Richland County District One School system. She continued her studies at Midlands Technical College where she received an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development as well as a Certification in Early Childhood education. She is also the creator of The Kid Codex which is a curriculum of lesson plans and trainings used for Early-childhood professional development. As a SC registered trainer, she creates and conducts trainings specifically for early childhood professionals who desire to sharpen their capabilities in the classroom. She has two sons, and raises them with the same motto she has professionally--Educate the mind, Fortify the body, and Nurture the spirit.
