I edited presentations, technical articles, grant proposals, media advisories, handouts, and other various documents. I also occasionally edited photos using Photoshop, assisted with data entry, and created posts for company social media accounts.

Took on various editing projects via my existing network, including an elementary school phone directory for a local PTA.

As a contractor in the Quality Control and Improvements department, I edited external and internal correspondence, including form letters and "Policies and Procedures" documents, for grammar, consistency, and clarity. Additionally, I assisted in the creation of material for general staff distribution, such as flyers, handouts, and presentations.

As a tutor, I assisted students with writing assignments using non-directive tutoring in one-on-one sessions at university Writing Center. At my director's personal request, I also re-designed and updated the Writing Center brochure.

As a columnist for UTA’s daily student newspaper, I wrote a weekly, open-topic opinion column.I was the second-place winner of the Society of Professional Journalists Region 8 Mark of Excellence Award for General Column Writing, 2006.

As a reporter for UTA’s daily student newspaper, I wrote 2-4 news stories or features per week.
