I’ve also held roles as head of practice management for Orion after the merger with Brinker Capital, where I was CMO and founded The Center for Outcomes, a training program for financial advisors. Additionally, I served as an Officer at The Guardian Life Insurance Company (and RS Investments) and worked at AB (previously AllianceBernstein Investments), Equitable (previously AXA Equitable), and DWS (previously Scudder Investments).To facilitate team training, I’m certified with Multi-Health Systems to administer Bar-On’s EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 assessments and can lead emotional intelligence training workshops to varying sets of audiences. I’m a proud Advisory Board member for JR Global Events and Events On Call.
