Built and managed the Technology organization - including software development, helpdesk/support, kiosk operations support, data center and network infrastructure, vendor management - to support a fast-growing self-service DVD rental business. NCR Corporation acquired The New Release (TNR) in June 2009.TNR was an early pioneer and leader in the self-service DVD rental kiosk space. Started in Houston, Texas, the organization grew rapidly to 2600 self-service kiosks across the country, developed key strategic partnerships with Kroger, HEB, and Publix, and ultimate acquisition by NCR Corp in 2009.

Led assessment, requirements gathering, and vender selection for a new enterprise environmental remediation project management system to mange over 7000 projects totaling $1.3B in project accruals. Managed strategic project to migrate existing systems from Tempe, AZ to Bartlesville, OK as part of the Conoco and Phillips merger resulting in cost savings in and simplification of support agreements.Developed and implemented several key solutions to manage all Six Sigma projects, Incident Response across the entire ConocoPhillips organization, and integration of environmental systems.Founding member of corporate wide New Hire Network, an employee group targeted at easing the transition of new hires into the ConocoPhillips corporate culture and sponsored by then Chairman, Archie Dunham.

Managed network supporting the Microbiology department, responsible for migration from Windows NT to Windows 2000, set up and configured network equipment, and provided escalated network support.
