Integration Support WorkerI plan and manage group supports that help migrant jobseekers with social integration and finding work in Ireland. These include workshops about integration topics, mentoring programmes and a work placement programme. I also provide one to one advice and referrals to other services who help job seekers tackle personal issues that sometimes get in the way of finding work such as stress and financial problems.
