Sales Planner in the Ad Sales - Sponsorships group at Twitch. Primarily focused on producing TwitchCon 2018, TwitchCon Europe 2019, and preliminary planning for TwitchCon North America 2019. Actively participate in scoping sponsorship opportunities for Twitch’s presence at 3rd Party Global Events, manage operational special projects as needed. • Originally accepted a 6-month contract through November 2018, however due to my ability and positive attitude the contract was extended multiple times to reach the 1 year mark. • Scope and develop pre-sales proposals, documents, and presentations that effectively maximize client investment opportunities. Create and deliver mock-ups, screen-shots, for polished deliverable to client.• Lead collaborative brainstorm meetings with internal teams to develop comprehensive custom or unique pitch components (including: digital, on-site campaigns or other experiential activations)• Develop new sponsorship opportunities and coordinate with relevant internal departments or business partners to ensure all elements of the plan are properly vetted and approved• Prepare financial analysis & reporting, project status updates, CRM oversight amid other day-to-day Ad Sales Ops team needs. TwitchCon Specific Duties:• Manage and track: sponsorship sales, leads, pipeline, and collateral for TwitchCon On-site @ TwitchCon 2018: • Oversee operations of turnkey client booths or Twitch managed areas, coordinate with venue stage and show producers to assist Exhibitors and Sponsors with booth needs or issues. • Work with Events and Marketing team members to fulfill asks for priority clients, Partnered streamers, and staff regarding badges, entry and other general operational needs.

Driven by a passion for bicycles, my background in Art+Design, and a penchant for a new exciting challenges I produced four ARTCRANK events over the course of six months in Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA; Denver, CO; Portland, OR.• Location scouting for appropriate venues with capacity to house artwork for 30 artists. Once a venue was selected I negotiated costs, contract terms, and scheduling to secure the space.• Coordinate responsibilities with vendors for submittals to city officials for applicable permits necessary (bike parking, liquor licenses, security, etc.) • Identify vendors & other support partnerships to donate time or services in ARTCRANK cities including Levi’s, Jarritos, various DJ’s to provide live entertainment.• Assisted local cause partners with volunteer outreach & recruitment to staff events.
