Current Lead development of Employer education strategy and oversee delivery to 650+ Employers; 2,000+ administrative and 600+ executive stakeholders. Lead development of Member education strategy for all active, retired, and deferred members and oversee delivery. Lead the execution of growth, retention and stakeholder initiatives for all prospective employer and member opportunities Provide leadership and direction on the content and execution of communication to all employers and members for all regional education events. Lead, empower and motivate team members to accomplish goals and be an engaged and successful employee Led Plan Operations training team for two years, developing and delivery programs to support front line client service teams deliver excellent service to our members and employers Led Member Services call centre for one year improving service and response time for members
