I am a social media manager with a bachelor's degree in psychology from West Point and a master's degree in mass communications from Kansas State University. I am responsible for creating videos, reels, and graphics for daily posting, driving brand awareness, and responding to inquiries. I have increased the social media following and clicks by an average of 200% quarterly, and I have created YouTube Shorts that have over 20 million views. I have also increased Fort Jackson's YouTube subscribers by 280% through original content creation.
