I facilitated all billing and financials via Quickbooks, ensuring agents were paid in a timely manner for their work. I collaborated with the CEO and Sales Manager to ensure streamlined communication and management of contractors.

Supporting the Crime Stoppers' mission to solve and prevent crime within Greater Houston, I developed and executed the organization’s annual fundraising plan in partnership with the Director of Development. I maintained and expanded an extensive donor base through research, cultivation and relationship building, and solicitation of new prospective donors. We held a number of fundraising events throughout the year which I coordinated and executed, including an annual Gala and Luncheon.
