Current• Lead the in-house creative team for corporate & distribution business segments of the largest distributor of bicycle parts in the country. – Direct cross-channel B2B & B2C marketing campaigns, corporate communications and storytelling, event and initiative branding, environment and tradeshow design, digital and social media ads, website content, promotional videos, and more.– Own QBP brand experience across external and internal audiences: cycling and outdoor retailers, the bike-riding public, as well as company employees.• Develop creative vision and strategy; present concepts to clients and leadership; execute efficient and compelling campaigns that exceed client expectations.– Collaborate in cross-functional teams, working closely with Sales, Purchasing, Customer Service, Events, and Consumer Brands to support company initiatives.– Maximize marketing impact by helping clients clearly define goals and audience insight.• Manage and inspire 5 direct reports within a 40-person marketing department.– Determine priorities and focus for team, as well as best use of company resources.– Advanced team from production house to strategic partner model to better support our partners in achieving company goals.– Serve as member of the Marketing Leadership Team; work to optimize department performance, efficiencies, and support team culture and job satisfaction.
