• Called COVID-19 positive individuals to conduct an initial interview to determine known exposures, contacts, symptoms, and relevant medical history • Determined isolation period for positive cases, sent isolation letter, reviewed guidelines of isolation, and answered questions • Called contacts of COVID-19 cases to notify them of exposure to virus and determined quarantine period, reviewed quarantine guidelines and symptoms, sent quarantine letter • Worked on a specialized school team managing school associated cases and contacts • Entered relevant data, documents, and notes in the Kentucky Department of Public Health's Contact Tracking and Tracking (CTT) system (through Salesforce) and in the CDC's National Electronic Disease Surveillance System (NEDSS) • Worked through reports in Excel addressing discrepancies and missing data between CTT and NEDSS • Called hospitals, long term care facilities, and labs to request symptom updates and medical records for COVID-19 patients

• Analyzed COVID-19 data and created weekly reports (ongoing as volunteer) • Assisted with mobile clinics, analyzed data and created after-action reports • Visited clinics to assess operations and procedures • Assessed public health needs in local villages and schools • Studied local Sign Language and worked alongside Deaf community • Assisted with venomous snake relocation and snake safety education • Formulated recommendations for organization • Participated in Trauma Healing Seminar
