Current“From the Tony Awards® Gala for 2,500 guests, to a book launch for 200, to a meticulouslycurated VIP dinner for 30, SERINO COYNE EXPERIENCES delivers innovative designs, flawlessexecution, and graceful hospitality.” - SerinoCoyne.comExperience Clients Include: A Doll's House | Dear Evan Hansen | Grey House | Kimberly Akimbo | Life of Pi | New York, New York | Once Upon a One More Time | Shucked | Some Like It Hot | Spamalot | Theatre Communications Group | The Museum of Broadway | The Phantom of the Opera● Produce large-scale special events (i.e. Broadway opening nights, entertainment-based galas, and Tony Awards celebrations) for an average of 800-1,200 guests.➔ Liaise with vendors (A/V, florists, etc.) and venues to ensure that all elements work in concert and within budget.➔ Regularly present event updates and information to Broadway Producers, Management, Press, and Marketing Teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.➔ Manage an average of 15-25 staffers per event by providing orientation, an overview of function, placement, and supervision; recruit, train, and maintain relationships for staffing future events.● Forecast departmental revenue for Omnicom reporting, contributing to informed agency decision-making and budget planning.➔ Draft contracts and manage event billings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial processes.● Implement an internal monthly social event series to promote team cohesion and community post-return-to-office.
