Design, develop, and implement enterprise wide, area Finance, Marketing & Sales Operations data solutions, ensuring high quality delivery of rapid, efficient, highly available database environment(s), to address and resolve issues and opportunities identified by the area and regional Finance, Marketing & Sales organizations. Participate in the design of the MWA BI solution architecture and will own implementation of the database design and ETL (extract, transformation, loading), following defined database standards. Complete system / database architecture documentation and update it throughout it’s evolution. Proactively stay current with marketplace technology, VZW systems, and data stores in order to provide the most efficient and reliable system to the Marketing & Sales organizations.

Perform critical results and trend analysis activities to identify key productivity and cost saving opportunities. Deliver action oriented recommendations to senior leadership, resulting in attainment of the region and area strategic goals. Develop presentations on these opportunities that apply to the area and/or particular regions and then facilitate meetings with the various functions/regions to drive the desired results. Facilitate meetings with multiple levels of the organization from sales reps to the regional presidents / Area Vice President of Marketing. Partner cross functionally with Customer Service, Finance, IT, and HR to ensure company and functional strategic goals are valid and appropriate to achieve the company goals
