•Responsible for validation of electro-mechanical products which involves finalizing test plan, coordination with internal/external labs, testing execution as per plan, reporting failures if any and making detailed report. •Understand URS (User requirements) / System Requirements and prepare the System Level Test cases and Prepare test procedures. •Responsible for EMI/EMC, environmental and reliability testing of Mechanical products.•Responsible for product CE marking & Certification like EN, ASTM, ANSI and UL.•Drafting new tests, test methods, validation and acceptance criteria for new internal standard/test which is not covered by applicable product standard.•Visit to supplier site to set-up/improvise lab equipment’s to control and monitor the product quality and its performance as per STP and AQL. •Responsible for preparation of documents like DFMEA, DVP&R, PPAP, Control plan, Validation plan etc.•Strong knowledge in verifying/guiding compliance requirement documents for the accessories or components used from 3rd party supplier in order to make sure smooth certification for the products at the end.

•To help and support the CRM team with the technical Query for participate in Tenders and customer inquiry. •To work and get the product license from the government bodies like Bureau of Indian Standards, PESO, CMRI etc.•Worked with 3rd party testing agencies to obtain the different certification or recognition for the parts and products. •Provide Quality support to facilitate resolution of product complaints. •Co-ordinate with the vendor to facilitate material inspection, substitution, standardization, rework, salvage, utilization, and economical procurement of parts and equipment as per the requirements.•Prepare product compliance matrix.•Collecting VOC from the Technical experts of SAC, DRDO, IOCL & Airports Authority.
