This diverse experience has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape and the ability to lead complex projects with confidence. In my current role, I oversee Operations Management and Human Resource Management, ensuring that our processes are streamlined, efficient, and aligned with our strategic goals. I am also responsible for New Skills Development and manage the Vtech Lab training center, where I drive initiatives to upskill our workforce and prepare them for the future. In addition to my operational duties, I actively participate in social activities, fostering a culture of collaboration, community engagement, and employee well-being.
