Regional Field Lead Investigator-Investigative Services
CurrentI currently serve as the lead investigator for Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi tasked with the verification and investigation of insurance claims related to property and casualty losses with a focus on thoroughness, quality, attention to detail, timelines and cost control. I currently on auto property theft claims with an emphasis on recovery of insured's assets and to deter, prevent and predict future losses. I have conducted auto theft investigations that have led to the successful recovery of vehicles and identified the trends of theft rings operating within assigned states of investigation.As a multi-line investigator, I have successfully investigated losses related to general liability, auto bodily injury, workers compensation, fidelity, cargo theft, cyber, commercial and residential property and lastly motive and opportunity. I have built and maintained strong rapports with other insurance carriers, law enforcement and other entities in an effort to collaborate, share information and to protect company assets.I also utilize various databases, the internet and social media to conduct comprehensive background searches prior to and during the course of investigations. I also developed a social media tool kit as a guide for social media and internet investigations for my peers to utilize during the course of their investigations.I previously served as field investigator tasked with the investigation of cargo and heavy equipment theft with an emphasis on recovery and the identification of persons responsible within an assigned geographic region. In 2017, I recovered 1.5M in electronics that was stolen from a customer in less than 3 hours leveraging my investigative expertise and vast law enforcement contacts.
