As a Production Project Manager, my duty is to ensure successful production execution across a portfolio of accounts. This role is a fundamental component of the production life cycle, ensuring projects are delivered on-time, on budget and to accepted quality standards. Also, as a Production Project Manager I face customer production duties as well as internal responsibility to delegate project coordination and administrative work to teams of Production Coordinators.
