About Amanda Diaz

Every person has their own life experiences, interests, and talents that impact the ways they learn and grow. Everyone is capable of learning and finding the most beneficial ways to do so is a shared responsibility of educators, students, and families working as a team. I believe in working with others to create a student-centered, all-inclusive, environment that supports diverse learners in preparing for their futures and finding success.I am an advocate of life-long learning and a lover of new opportunities! I am always looking for future opportunities to continue my learning whether it be attending a seminar, listing to a podcast, taking online courses to pursue my next degree, or just experimenting with a new program! My experiences working with PK-16 populations in public and private settings have given me a unique outlook on learning for all ages.I thrive in an environment where I have the freedom to be creative but also have the support of a team that comes together to collaborate, bounce ideas off each other, and push each other to create something truly amazing. In my personal and professional life, I strive to apply respect, responsibility, perseverance, and out-of-the-box problem-solving skills regularly. I wish to create a safe learning environment that provides everyone the opportunity to excel. I love ensuring possibilities for people to experience the thrill of success and help them gain confidence in their personal growth. I have invaluable skills and experiences that allow me to passionately invest in improving the lives of those in our communities. When not working to connect people and help them succeed at their goals, you'll find me reading a new book, visiting friends and family, or experimenting in the kitchen to create as many different delicious desserts as humanly possible!
