Over the past 24 working years of my life, my strengths lie with finance, customer service, administration, and attention to detail. All 24 years have also been attributed to working with many diverse personalities and learning to problem solve. I consider myself a quick learner and will seek out challenges to make myself moldable for any opportunities. As a teacher and clerk, you learn the importance of listening and organization. As a long term teacher for two school districts and a night school teacher, I taught Accounting, Personal Finance, Finance Law, and Microsoft Office related courses. At Skillsoft, I started as a temp and hired on as a Accounts Receivable Specialist, then promoted to Lead, Accounts Receivable Specialist EMEA/APAC in which I oversaw three employees, only to be further promoted to Senior Collections Analyst to work on a credit program and more of a reporting role. I was also nominated for an agile Quote to Cash (QTC) team. While being a vital business team member for the scrum, I took several Scrum Master classes and took on the scrum master roll. I will continue to set my bar high to obtain a healthy working environment were both my employer and myself can mutually benefit.At Coca-Cola, I hired on as a Collections Analyst III, in which I handled large key accounts. I worked with several different teams to reduce the SPD and recognized patterns for deductions. I used Snowflake to create reports from SAP. I also updated the aging for my AR team and worked within SAP and OnBase to ensure notes were updated or I could pull the information needed to support my research. With NETSCOUT, I am working with multiple teams to complete credit reviews, collections, cash applications, reading contracts, invoicing, among other duties. Netsuite, Microsoft Office, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, Salesforce, Spring CM, Tungsten, are just a few systems/programs used to complete my daily tasks.
