As a childcare aide I provided multiple children at a time with supervision, attending to their needs, and making sure each child was safe and happy. Additional tasks included supervising outdoor play, organizing and executing learning activities every week, feeding children, diapering, and assisting during nap-time. Another required task was filling out logs each day for every child, recording their condition, appearance, when they ate, slept, how they got along with others.
