Responsible for the enrollment of traditional undergraduate, graduate, online students with current enrollment at 6,223. Produces on average a 2% increase in traditional enrollment and exponentially exceeded revenue goals in the graduate and online areas. Oversees staffing and operations of seven departments in enrollment. This includes 98 full and part time employees, 150+ student employees with 8 direct reports.Responsible for an annual operating budget of over 4 millionOversees the financial aid office in awarding over 60 million and servicing our student bodyManages a data-base of over 40,000+ prospective students, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and the availability of data to appropriate staff.Collaborates with campus partners to minister to and recruit from churches and parachurch organizations. Oversees the University Welcome Center and staff. Ensures that campus visitors have the most positive and memorable experience possible, focusing on campus tours (typically led by Student Ambassadors), faculty appointments, chapel attendance and classroom visits.Member of the President’s Administration Council, Digital Learning Leadership Team, and the Enrollment, Marketing and Communications Leadership Team.
